By creating an account, listing a property, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

2.2 Account Types

• Aadhaar card verification (optional but recommended)

3. Property Listings

3.1 Listing Guidelines

When listing a property, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Upload only genuine photographs of the property
• Disclose all material facts about the property
• Not post duplicate listings for the same property
• Update listing information promptly when changes occur

3.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post listings that:

• Contain false or misleading information
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain discriminatory language
• Promote illegal activities

3.3 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for Platform operations and marketing purposes.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Collect user information without consent
• Interfere with Platform security features
• Use automated systems to access the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and benefits. Fees are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Payments must be made through approved payment methods
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions in your account settings.

6. Site Visits and Appointments

When scheduling or attending property visits:

• Respect scheduled appointment times
• Provide accurate contact information
• Cancel appointments with reasonable notice
• Conduct yourself professionally during visits
• Report any safety concerns immediately

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to:

• Collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy
• Location tracking for property search features
• Communication via phone, email, and SMS
• Use of cookies and analytics tools

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Urban Home Deals and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
• Use our trademarks without written consent
• Reverse engineer any Platform features
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Platform Disclaimer

• Availability of properties
• Success of transactions
• Uninterrupted service availability

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Home Deals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urban Home Deals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Hyderabad, India.

11.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to arbitration provisions, the courts of Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Providing false information
• Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
